If you are not happy with your order you can return it.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is one month. That means you can return your order within one month after receiving the package.

Condition & Packaging
Please notice that you can only return unworn articles together with its original packaging. Therefore we recommend you use the same shipping packaging as we did.

How do I return my order? (Just inside of Germany)
1. Write us an Email or just call us. Please mention your order number.
2. You receive an Email from us with a shipping label and a return form.
3. Fill out the return form and put it into the package.
4. Put the label on the package and bring to a post office.
5. Receive and check of the package.
6. Refund of your money resp. shipping of the new order.

Reshipment charges
Inside of Germany we pay the reshipment charges for orders over 40€.

Change
If you need the ordered product in another size, please note it in the return form.

Refund
As soon as we have received and checked your package, we will refund your money.
